The Schwager Project

The Schwager project is situated in the stunning Trilogy community in Nipomo The Schwager's aimed to enhance their backyard and side yard with a flowing dry riverbed and a concrete stepping walkway framed by deep blue decomposed granite. We started with an in-house 3D Landscape Design Rendering to bring their vision to life. We selected native, low-maintenance plants and added a beautiful fountain water feature. The corten steel patterned panels, a signature element at Hart to Heart, beautifully complement the landscape, with all six panels featuring uplighting that casts shadows on the wall. Additionally, we included vibrant local boulders that add character and assisted in sourcing stylish outdoor furniture for entertaining while enjoying the adjacent golf course.
